GUIDELINES FOR A SHARED EXPERIENCE
1️⃣ No Flags, Totems, or Raised Objects — One Sky, One Tribe
In this space, we leave behind the banners, symbols, and separations of the outside world. No flags, totems, or raised objects are allowed. The open sky above us belongs to everyone equally. We stand as one, united, with nothing between us.
2️⃣ Dancefloor Vibe
The dancefloor is a shared space of connection and freedom. Move with awareness, respect personal space, and stay in tune with the energy around you. Please keep the front and center of the main dance area clear — no chairs, obstacles, or setups that disrupt the flow. Chairs are welcome around the outer edges of the dance area.
3️⃣ Leave No Trace
Whatever you bring in, you take out. Let’s leave this land as beautiful and untouched as we found it, honoring the natural world that hosts us.
4️⃣ Let the Lights & Sound Lead the Journey
Our visual and sound teams carefully design the experience. Please do not bring personal lasers, strobes, airhorns, drums, or devices that could disrupt the shared atmosphere. [Drums are great to bring to the Drumming workshops (when applicable) and to performances where the DJ has allowed the use of drums]
5️⃣ Be Present
This moment is unique. Limit phone use, be thoughtful with photos, and allow yourself to be fully immersed in the experience happening all around you.
6️⃣ Consent and Respect are Essential
Every interaction should be built on mutual respect. Always ask before touching or engaging with others. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected.
7️⃣ Radical Kindness
Small acts of kindness ripple far. Smile, share water, offer help. Together we uplift each other and create something beautiful.

IS CAMP SITE WATER POTABLE
THE CAMPGROUND HAS TOLD US THAT THE WATER ON SITE IS POTABLE, WE RECOMMENT THAT ALL ATTENDEES ARRIVE WITH FILTER TYPE WATER BOTTLE. THIS WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO FREE WATER ALL WEEKEND AND WILL SAVE THE EARTH FROM WATER BOTTLE WASTE.
GATE OPENING AND CEREMONY
Arrival and Opening Ceremony
Gates will open at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2025. We invite all participants to arrive early and join us for a collective intention-setting meditation.
At 5:30 PM, we gather as one to open the portal — the official festival opening ceremony begins. Join us as we set intentions, ignite the energy, and welcome the journey ahead.
Additionally, At 12:30 p.m., all stages will broadcast a synchronized 30-minute session of isochronic tones to enhance meditation and mental clarity. Using rhythmic pulses to entrain brainwaves, these tones will guide you into a desired meditative state. The session will begin with Theta waves to encourage deep relaxation and creative visualization, move into Delta waves for restorative meditation, and finally conclude with Alpha waves to reduce stress and support calm alertness.
Meditation, whether considered a deeply spiritual practice or simply a scientifically proven method for mental well-being, offers positive benefits for all. At 1 p.m., the music will begin.
This collective isochronic experience across all stages will provide an immersive and harmonious environment, helping each individual to establish their intentions for the festival ahead. Arrive early and immerse yourself in this opportunity for reflection and self-discovery.

HOW DO I STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH LATEST DETAILS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS?
DOES THE BOX OFFICE AND TICKET SALES CLOSE?
Yes. The box office is closed every night between 10pm and 10am. During that time, the gate is staffed by security. If you have a ticket, but have not yet checked in at the box office, or if you have not yet purchased your ticket, you will be unable to enter while the box office is closed. Security is not equipped to check you in, even if you already have your ticket.
BRING A COPY OF YOUR TICKET
There may not be access to internet. Verison works best, but also may not be available. BRING COPIES OF YOUR TICKETS, THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY AND TO AVOID CONFUSION. TAKE SCREENSHOT ON YOUR PHONE WHILE YOU HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, PRIOR TO ENTERING SITE (IN CASE INTERNET IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PHONE)
CAN I BE A VENDOR?

THIS IS A LEAVE NO TRACE EVENT. BE PREPARED TO TAKE EVERYTHING YOU CAME WITH AND ALL OF YOUR TRASH.
CAN I CAMP NEXT TO MY CAR?
ALL GENERAL ADMISSION tickets include camping, however, CAR CAMPING Passes are sold separately. Without a car camping pass, you will have to park in one of our lots within the Paradise Lakes property. These lots are outside of, but not far from, the main camping area. IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY, If your disability is of the nature that you can’t attend comfortably without camping next to your car, please contact us via the CONTACT PAGE DETAILS or through facebook messenger and we will be happy to accommodate you.
CAN I BRING AN RV?
We have a limited number of RV sites available. These will sell out quickly.
You must buy a special RV parking pass as an add on to your ticket/tickets. Additionally, assume there will be no hook ups for water and sewage. The few that may be available are first come first serve if available.
IS IT BETTER TO BUY A TICKET ON SITE?

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?
No. Carpooling is recommended. All tickets include GA camping
IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?
No, make sure to bring what you need when you arrival at the festival. Exits are final. (If you require re-entry because you are staying at a hotel, prior to your ticket purchase , email QUANTUMAWAKENINGFESTIVAL@gmail.com and request re-entry approval).
WHAT IF I RIP OR LOSE MY WRISTBAND?
Lost Wristbands will not be replaced. If you feel it’s too loose or looks like it will rip let us know before it comes off your wrist.
IS THERE POWER AND WATER?
The campground offers select areas with power and potable water. However, we recommend bringing a suitable water filter if needed. Please note that the electricity is reserved for vendor use only. Vendors may connect to the campground power but should be prepared to operate without it in case of outages or overloads.
HOW MUCH SPACE PER EACH CAMPING AREA?

ARE THERE BATHROOMS & SHOWERS ON SITE?
Yes there are bathrooms, showers and porta potties located on the festival grounds and in the campgrounds.
CAMPING STOVE & FIRE POLICY
Camping Stove Policy
- Camping Stoves:
Permitted Use: (Under Adult Supervision)
Only portable camping stoves with a stable base are allowed.
Stoves must use propane, butane, or similar gas canisters designed for camping.
Prohibited Use:
No charcoal grills, large grills, or stoves fueled by gasoline or other liquid fuels.
Safety Requirements:
Use stoves on a stable, non-flammable surface.
Keep stoves at least 10 feet away from tents, vehicles, and flammable materials.
Never leave stoves unattended while in use or still hot.
Ensure stoves are fully turned off and cool before storing.

No campfires or personal fire pits are allowed anywhere on the festival grounds.
PHOTO VIDEO POLICY
By attending the quantum awakening festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless quantum awakening festival, its affiliates, representatives, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of the promotional materials, from any and all liability or claims arising from the use of the photos and videos.
Photography and Videography: This festival may be photographed and/or video recorded. By entering the festival premises, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.
Usage Rights: You grant quantum awakening festival and its affiliates the irrevocable, perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any photographs, video, or other recordings taken of you at the festival for promotional, advertising, or other lawful purposes without compensation.
No Rights to Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection with such photos or videos.

Please be advised that the Quantum Awakening Festival will feature lights, strobe effects, and audio sounds that may induce seizures in individuals with photosensitivity or other seizure disorders. Your safety is our priority. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms during the event, please seek immediate medical assistance at one of our designated medical tents.

Swimming is not allowed, if you enter the pond it is against event rules and would be at your own risk. No lifeguards are present. Children must be under direct supervision.

WHAT IS PROHIBITED?
Music Festival Prohibited Items List:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. Please review the list carefully and adhere to these guidelines.
1. Weapons:
Firearms, knives, or any other weapons that may cause harm are strictly prohibited.
2. Illegal Substances:
Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited.
3. Glass Containers: NO GLASS, NO GLASS, NO GLASS
Glass containers are not permitted to prevent breakage and potential injuries.
4. Drones:
For safety and privacy reasons, the use of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicles is prohibited.
5. Pets:
For the safety and well-being of all festival-goers, please leave your furry friends at home.
6. Fireworks/Explosives:
Possession or use of fireworks, flares, or any explosive devices is strictly prohibited.
7. Laser Pointers:
Laser pointers are prohibited due to potential harm to performers and fellow attendees.
8. Unauthorized Merchandise:
– Unauthorized sale or distribution of merchandise, including counterfeit goods, is strictly prohibited.
9. Offensive Materials:
– Items displaying offensive language, symbols, or promoting hate speech are not allowed.
TERMS AND WAIVER
By attending QUANTUM AWAKENING FESTIVAL, you agree to adhere to all festival rules and regulations. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items. As an attendee, you assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. Please note that festival details, including the lineup, are subject to change without notice. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to stay informed of updates to event rules and notifications posted on our website and official Facebook event page.
By attending the QUANTUM AWAKENING FESTIVAL, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You release and discharge Brooklyn Electric Group LLC, along with its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, or demands for injuries, losses, or damages that are not covered by the event’s insurance policy. You understand that certain risks may not be covered by insurance, and you accept full responsibility for your actions and any associated risks during the festival.
AGE POLICY
Quantum Awakening Festival is 18+.
Attendees under 18 may only enter with a parent or legal guardian present at all times and must have a signed waiver upon entry.
